Canned tuna is a marvel of food preservation and taste.  Tons of nutritional goodness and only 120 calories per 4 oz. serving. A tuna salad sandwich is to lunch what a ’57 Chevy is to cars: basic and brilliant. A 4-oz. tuna steak has much less sodium than its canned counterpart and is, culinarily, an entirely separate experience.

–Verdict: Very different, both good. Enjoy.
